Nyerere<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ekit-team-modal-position\">Research Chair In Life Skills and Values Education<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tJackline Nyerere is an Associate Professor of Education, and Lead Green Education Hub at Kenyatta University Kenya. She is also the Secretary Centre for Education and Sustainable Development in Africa (CESDA). Jackline\u2019s work focuses on skilling, and education for sustainable development. She is currently a PI for the projects on strengthening the development and assessment of life skills education in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda; and building climate knowledge ecosystems for policymaking in Kenya and Tanzania. Her other recent studies include integration of transferable skills into basic and TVET levels to enhance school to work transition in Kenya, and the transforming universities for a changing climate class=\"ekit-team-modal-title\">Dr. Paul Nyang\u2019au<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ekit-team-modal-position\">Research Fellow<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPaul Nyamweya Nyang\u2019au is a researcher with over ten years of experience in impact assessment, agricultural policy, and food security evaluation. His expertise spans applied economic research, statistical analysis, and programme evaluation, with particular experience in methods such as contingent valuation and difference-in-differences. His research focuses on generating rigorous evidence to inform policy and improve development outcomes. He has authored and co-authored more than 10 articles published in peer-reviewed international journals. Paul holds a PhD in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Nairobi, as well as a collaborative Master\u2019s degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Nairobi and the University of Pretoria. He also holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agricultural Education and Extension from the University of Nairobi. To complement his academic training, he has undertaken professional courses in Digital Content Development and Decision-Focused Impact Evaluation. He is committed to applying rigorous research methods to address pressing development challenges, inform evidence-based policy, and contribute to sustainable development through innovative research and class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSalome Achieng Nyabola is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and experienced Program Specialist with more than a decade of expertise in program management, HR operations, and research coordination across academia and the international development sector. She currently serves as Program Manager for the HERI Africa Research Chair in Life Skills &amp; Values Education at Kenyatta University, leading end-to-end project cycle management including design, execution, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) while driving multi-stakeholder partnerships and grant operations.\n\nThroughout her career, Salome has managed complex operations and donor compliance for high- impact funded initiatives, having served as a Program Officer for the USAID Health Equity and Resource Optimization Project and Program Assistant for the UNESCO Higher Education Development for a Green Economy and Sustainability Program. Her expertise spans strategic stakeholder engagement, grants oversight, and HR process optimization. Additionally, she has served as a Research Assistant on high-profile projects funded by the Gates Foundation and USAID, conducting third-party monitoring, field data collection and qualitative research. \n\nIn addition to her ongoing doctoral studies at Kenyatta University, Salome holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Management from the University of Eldoret and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Moi University.
